Payments:
K9 Sweets & Pet Care operates on a pre-bill system, which means that we ask clients to pay for services before the date of service. (Making your payment confirms and locks in your days) We currently accept three types of payments: Zelle, Cash App, or Cash. +3% Processing fee applies to all credit card payment. Fee waived with Zelle payment.
DROP-IN VISITS AND WALKS:
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. A full refund is available If the client cancels within 24 hours. If you cancel on or after the beginning of the service scheduled we will charge you 100% and no refund will be available.
OVERNIGHT BOARDING:
A full refund is available If a client cancels by 12:00pm one week before the service begins.12:00pm is determined by the sitter's time zone. If canceled later than 12:00pm one week before the service begins, a 50% refund is available for the first seven canceled days of the stay and a 100% refund is available for any additional days.
Closed The Following Holiday’s
Thanksgiving Day , Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.
